The current service
The site currently offers an informational preview and local photo preview. Video generation and checkout are not available. Features shown as coming soon are plans, not a promise of availability or a particular result.
Your responsibilities
Use only photos that you have the right and permission to use. Do not use the site to infringe someone’s rights, impersonate another person, violate the law or interfere with the operation of the site. See the Acceptable Use Policy for more detail.
Intellectual property
You retain your rights in photos you select. The sample video is identified as a third-party reference and is not presented as a result produced by this service. Third-party trademarks, content and music remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability
The preview is provided as available and may change or be interrupted. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes
These terms will be reviewed and updated before account, generation or payment features are launched. Your continued use is subject to the terms in effect when you use the service.
